# Delete checklist specification

`DELETE /approval/checklist/specification/{id}`

## Request

Soft-deletes a checklist specification.

Fails with `409` when an approval action still points at it. Unlink the action first, or point it at another specification.

## Response `204`

The specification was deleted.
