`POST /api/v1/admin/linkedin-accounts/{account_id}/delete`

Delete a LinkedIn account row (e.g. a dead seat that 404s on Unipile).
Dependent sequences / runs have ``account_id`` SET NULL by FK, so history is
preserved (not cascade-deleted). Row-locked + audited.
