# Admin Client Objectives

`GET /api/v1/admin/clients/{client_id}/objectives`

## Request

Distribution + outcome counts of generated messages by RESOLVED objective
(spec §11). Only messages actually shaped by the objective layer carry
``objective_resolved`` (flag-off / legacy rows are NULL and ignored). Reply
attribution per objective is deferred (spec §10.2) — approval and sent are
the honest early signals; the sample-size flag guards against reading too
much into a handful of messages.
