# Create a new scorer

`POST /api/v1/scorers`

## Request

- Auth: API key in cookie `apiKeyCookie` and HTTP bearer

Creates a new scorer for the organization. Scorers are evaluation functions that can be applied to traces, spans, or datasets to measure quality, performance, or other metrics. By default, isDefault is set to false, making the scorer available only to the specified organization.
