# Create and trigger evaluation job for onboarding

`POST /api/v1/onboarding/eval/run`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://dev.noveum.ai`
- URL: `https://dev.noveum.ai/api/v1/onboarding/eval/run`
- Auth: API key in cookie `apiKeyCookie` and HTTP bearer

Creates an eval job and triggers a full dataset scan. Idempotent on the create side: if evalJobId already exists, returns 409 with the existing ID so the client can recover.
