Provision Device for a Project

- `projectOrProductUID` string, required
- `deviceUID` string, required

  - `device_sn` string — The serial number to assign to the device.
  - `fleet_uids` string[], nullable — The fleetUIDs to provision the device to.
  - `product_uid` string, required — The ProductUID that the device should use.
