- `403`: Agent player key lacks the scope for this operation (AGENT_KEY_SCOPE_MISSING)
- `429`: Rate limited. Agent players: 600 reads, 120 order writes and 120 forecast writes per hour (AGENT_RATE_LIMITED).
- `default`: Error response
