Returns only HIGH RISK commodities (risk score >= 75). Use this endpoint for automated alerting — poll it periodically to detect emerging supply chain risks before they impact your operations.

## Query parameters

- `threshold` integer: Risk score threshold (default 75). Only commodities >= this score are returned.
- `lang` string: Language: 'en' or 'de'.
