Exporta la última versión del artifact a .docx (F5B / F5.8).

Se genera desde el markdown canónico en cada petición (barato; las descargas
son infrecuentes). El cacheo en Storage por versión (D14) queda como
optimización si el volumen de descargas lo justifica.
