Submit Curve order to specific auction, portfolio and area.

## Request body

  - `auctionId` string, required: Id of auction subjected to order submission
  - `portfolio` string, required: Portfolio name
  - `areaCode` object, required: Area code, e.g. "FR".
  - `comment` string: Free text to label an order. Max 255 characters long.
  - `curves` unknown[], required: Array of curves
    - unknown
