# Get artifact preview image

`GET /v1/artifacts/{id}/image`

## Request

Stream the artifact preview image as PNG. Returns 404 when the artifact has no preview image. Requires `artifacts:read`.

## Path parameters

- `id` string, required: Artifact ID

## Response `200`

The preview image (PNG).

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized — invalid or missing API key
- `403`: Forbidden — insufficient permissions or entitlement
