# List secret names and versions

`GET /v1/secrets`

## Request

- Base URL: `/` (relative, and the document was published on a file host, not at the API’s origin)
- URL: `/v1/secrets`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns current metadata only. Secret values are never returned by customer read routes.

## Response `200`

Success

- object
  - `secrets` SecretMetadata[], required
    - `name` string, required
    - `version` integer, required
    - `created_at` string, date-time, required
    - `id` string, required: Stable tenant secret ID shared by its versions.

## Other responses

- `default`: Error. The code, message, and fix fields describe the rejection and its remedy.
