# Read retained burst proposals

`GET /v1/pools/{id}/proposals`

## Request

Read burst intent for this customer-owned pool, including expired and no-op outcomes. Reads do not require Predict. Keyset pagination uses descending creation order. Follow next_cursor with the same pool and state filter.
