# Download the static AWS observation template

`GET /v1/cloud-onboarding/aws/template`

## Request

- Base URL: `/` (relative, and the document was published on a file host, not at the API’s origin)

Public, credential-free CloudFormation JSON that creates one IAM observation role. It provisions no compute, storage, or networking. Operators must publish this versioned template to an S3 object accessible to customer CloudFormation setup and configure NODUS_CLOUD_AWS_TEMPLATE_URL. This download endpoint itself is not the S3 template URL.
