    - `model` string: Qualified Messages model accepted for this revision. Provider credentials stay in Nodus.
    - `model_max_output_tokens` integer: Per-call output bound for hosted model access. Omission uses the selected model maximum from the current catalog. An explicit value must fit that model. Accepted revisions retain their resolved limit.
