# Read the complete saved assistant answer

`GET /v1/agents/{id}/runs/{run_id}/answer`

## Request

- Base URL: `/` (relative, and the document was published on a file host, not at the API’s origin)
- URL: `/v1/agents/{id}/runs/{run_id}/answer`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns the complete text from an owned run result, including an answer stored outside the inline preview. The result must remain within its retention period. This read never executes the model again.
