`GET /eth/v1/beacon/states/{state_id}/sync_committees`

Success

- object
  - `execution_optimistic` boolean: True if the response references an unverified execution payload. Optimistic information may be invalidated at a later time. If the field is not present, assume the False value.
  - `data` object
    - `validators` string[]: all of the validator indices in the current sync committee
    - `validator_aggregates` array[]
      - string[]: Subcommittee slices of the current sync committee

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid state ID or epoch
- `404`: State not found
- `500`: Beacon node internal error.
