# List Commission Statements

`GET /v4/commissions/statements`

> This endpoint is available only if your partner account has access to the commission statements. Your API key must belong to a partner user with the commission permission.

<summary>Usage</summary>

Find the statement you need, then get its details, report, or PDF. This endpoint lists the commission statements for the partner account that owns your API key. You have one statement per period, and the current period has an `open` statement.

Use the `statementId` of a result with:

- `GET /v4/commissions/statement/{statementId}` for balances and line items, in any status.
- `GET /v4/commissions/report/{statementId}/xlsx` or `/csv` for the commission report, in any status, including before the statement is `finalized`.
- `GET /v4/commissions/statement/{statementId}/pdf` for the statement PDF, only after the statement is `finalized`.

`closingBalance` is `null` until the period closes.

The partner's statements.

- CommissionStatementsResponse: The partner's commission statements.
  - `objectType` 'rcssCommissionStatementsReport', required: Always `rcssCommissionStatementsReport`.
  - `results` object[], required: The partner's statements.
    - `statementId` string, uuid, required: Statement ID. Use it with the statement detail, export, and PDF endpoints.
    - `status` 'open' | 'pending_approval' | 'approved' | 'finalized', required: Statement status. `open`: the period is in progress. `pending_approval`: the period has ended and the statement is under review. `approved`: approved for payout. `finalized`: closed; balances are final and the PDF is available.
    - `periodStart` string, date-time, required: Start of the statement period.
    - `periodEnd` string, date-time, required: End of the statement period.
    - `startingBalance` CommissionAmount, required: A monetary amount.
      - `objectType` 'amount', required: Always `amount`.
      - `amount` string, required: The amount as a decimal string.
      - `currency` string, required: ISO 4217 currency code.
    - `closingBalance` CommissionAmount, required: A monetary amount.
      - `objectType` 'amount', required: Always `amount`.
      - `amount` string, required: The amount as a decimal string.
      - `currency` string, required: ISO 4217 currency code.

## Other responses

- `401`: The API key is missing or not valid.
- `403`: The key lacks the commission permission, or the partner does not have access to the commission statements.
- `404`: No statements exist for the partner.
- `422`: The statement service rejected the request or returned an error.
- `500`: The statement service could not complete the request.
