# Batch upsert forms

`POST /forms/batch/upsert`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://sandbox.nmbr.co/services/payroll`
- URL: `https://sandbox.nmbr.co/services/payroll/forms/batch/upsert`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Endpoint to create or update up to 100 Forms in one request.

The following example sets Box 45 (employer-offered dental benefits) on two generated T4s. The fields for each form type are listed by the [Form Type](/api-reference/form-types/retrieve-a-form-type) endpoint.
