`GET /internal/free-pool-status`

Health of the free pools: ultrafree (Ultra, 3 OC keys → opencode.ai) +
profree (Pro, nemotron via 9Router). Shows backoff state (what the router uses
to skip a source). ?probe=1 also live-probes each source (costs 1 tiny req/key).
Localhost or x-upstream-key-stats-secret only.
