# List replies sent through one form

`GET /sites/{siteId}/forms/{formId}/submissions`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.nippy.host`
- URL: `https://api.nippy.host/sites/{siteId}/forms/{formId}/submissions`
- Auth: `bearer` (a scheme the document does not define)

Newest first. Every stored reply is returned regardless of plan; on a plan without form replies each row comes back with `locked: true` and redacted values, so the shape of a reply is legible without its contents. Upgrading reveals every reply already held.

    - `id` string, required: Submission UUID
    - `formId` string, required: Form UUID
    - `submittedAt` string, required: ISO timestamp the reply was submitted
    - `pagePath` string, required: Path of the page the reply came from
    - `country` string, required: Visitor's country (ISO alpha-2), or empty
    - `locked` boolean, required: True when the account's plan does not include reading replies. The reply is stored in full either way — upgrading reveals every locked reply already held, not just new ones.
    - `fields` APIFormSubmissionField[], required
      - `label` string, required: Resolved field label
      - `value` string, required: The submitted value, or a redacted form of it when locked.
      - `length` number, required: Character count of the real value
  - `total` number, required: Total replies stored for this form
  - `unlocked` boolean, required: Whether the account's plan includes reading reply contents

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid query parameters
- `401`: Not authenticated
- `403`: You do not own this site
- `404`: Site or form not found
