# Delete the active organization (must have no sites)

`DELETE /billing/account`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.nippy.host`
- URL: `https://api.nippy.host/billing/account`
- Auth: `bearer` (a scheme the document does not define)

Owner-only. Refuses the personal account and any organization that still has sites. Cancels the Stripe subscription and removes the org.

## Response `204`

Organization deleted

## Other responses

- `403`: Not the owner, or this is the personal account
- `409`: The organization still has sites
