  - `role` 'user' | 'admin', required: Platform role. `admin` unlocks staff-only surfaces such as the /stats dashboard.
  - `createdAt` string, date-time, required
  - `signupRef` string, nullable, required: First-touch acquisition channel captured at signup (e.g. "cli", "mcp", "extension"). Null = organic/unattributed.
