- ArtifactPreviewPublicV1: A tabular preview of an artifact's contents.
  - `columns` string[], required: Column names in the preview.
  - `row_count` integer, required: Total number of rows in the artifact.
  - `rows` object[], required: Sample rows from the artifact.
