## Request body

- PublishBody: Optional publish-time flags. The override pair is the human-only escape hatch for a false verifier block — honored only when the acknowledged claim matches the flagged claim verbatim (see dispatch_publish). `acknowledge_publish_cost` is the human's confirm that a link-bearing X post will cost credits (X bills per link-post). The route returns a 402 with the cost the FIRST time; the filing sheet shows it, the human confirms, the re-call carries this flag. Mirrors the MCP `acknowledge_publish_cost` gate so no surface charges for a link post without an explicit yes.
