`GET /sessions/{session_id}/stream`

SSE endpoint. Client connects and receives progress events until complete.

Browser `EventSource` cannot attach an Authorization header — so this
endpoint accepts the Supabase access token via `?token=` query param as a
fallback. The Bearer-header path still works for non-EventSource callers
(curl, agent SDKs). Token is shipped over TLS only and never logged.
