Part G: re-render ONE carousel body slide (`slide` = 0-based index into
slides[]) in place after its text was edited — replaces only static_urls[slide+1]
(the cover sits at 0), leaving the other slide images byte-identical. The PDF +
contact-sheet rebuild live from static_urls. `cell` defaults to linkedin:carousel.
