A niche described in the follower's own words (Pro). Creates the niche
row if nobody has described it yet, then follows it; the hourly build loop
picks it up because it now has a confirmed follower. Two people describing
the same niche share one build. Capped per account so the paid surface
can't become a free-for-all of daily builds.
