Update the assigned assessor of an innovation.

## Path parameters

- `innovationId` string, uuid, required: Id of the innovation.
- `assessmentId` string, uuid, required: Id of the assessment.

The assigned assessor has been successfully updated.

- `400`: Bad request. Validation error.
- `401`: Unauthorized. Invalid authentication credentials.
- `403`: Forbidden. User does not have permission to assign a new assessor.
