  - `touType` 'INNOVATOR' | 'SUPPORT_ORGANISATION', required: Type of the terms of use.
  - `summary` string: Brief summary of the terms of use.
  - `releasedAt` string: Relase date of the terms of use.

## Response `200`

The terms of use have been created.

- `400`: Bad request.
- `401`: The user is not authorized to create terms of use.
- `500`: An error occurred while creating the terms of use.
