`POST /api/v1/payments/checkout/paddle`

## Request

Creates a Paddle checkout for the key owner (email via `user_profiles`, `guardCheckoutCreation` anti-carding). Returns `{ url, transaction_id }` (Paddle URL). Credit is granted by the post-payment webhook — does NOT debit. API-ONLY (no MCP tool: initiating payments from an LLM connector is deliberately avoided). Scope: mcp | *.
