`POST /api/v1/payments/checkout/nowpayments`

## Request

Creates a NOWPayments checkout (`order_id = "userId:quantity"` with the resolved user, no override). Returns `{ url, invoice_id }` (NOWPayments URL). Credits are granted by the post-payment IPN webhook — does NOT debit. API-ONLY. Scope: mcp | *.
