`GET /api/v1/outputs/{id}/ai-act-log`

## Request

AI Act traceability log for an output. Wraps /api/outputs/[id]/ai-act-log. OUTPUT-SCOPED: returns the log only if the output belongs to the key's userId (404 otherwise). Consumes NO credits. `format=txt` returns the declaration as an attachment.

## Response `200`

AI Act log as JSON, or plain-text declaration (attachment) if format=txt.
