`PATCH /api/v1/notifications`

Marks notifications read/unread (`{ action: "mark_read"|"mark_unread", ids?: string[] }`; `mark_unread` requires `ids[]`). All `.eq(user_id, userId)`. Thin loopback. No charge. Scope: mcp | *.
