`DELETE /api/v1/llm-providers/{id}`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Deletes a BYO-LLM configuration (firm-scoped). Owner-only: someone else's id → 404. No charge. Scope: mcp | * (NOT cases).

Deleted (no body).

- `404`: NOT_FOUND (does not exist or does not belong to your firm)
