# Export the verified commentary as PDF (binary)

`POST /api/v1/jurisprudencia/comentario/pdf`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://legal.nexusquantum.legal`
- URL: `https://legal.nexusquantum.legal/api/v1/jurisprudencia/comentario/pdf`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Exports to PDF an ALREADY generated case-law commentary record (`sentencia_comentario` cache). Wraps /api/jurisprudencia/comentario/pdf. Does NOT generate (cache export only) → 0 credits. Gated by content entitlement (`403 CONTENT_NOT_ENTITLED`). Returns `application/pdf` (passthrough). Scope `mcp`/`*`.

## Request body

- object
  - `case_ref` string, required: Judgment ECLI (REQUIRED).
  - `jurisdiction` string: Optional ISO2; if missing it is derived from the ECLI (not an arbitrary ES default).

## Response `200`

PDF of the verified commentary.

## Other responses

- `400`: VALIDATION_ERROR — `case_ref` missing or invalid ECLI.
- `403`: CONTENT_NOT_ENTITLED | MCP_SCOPE_REQUIRED
- `404`: NOT_FOUND — no record has been generated (request it first).
- `422`: JURISDICTION_NOT_ENABLED
