🔴 The ONLY E6 route with an internal CHARGE: the internal route debits via the idempotent atomic RPC `debit_and_activate_jurisprudencia` (X-Idempotency-Key). The v1 wrapper does NOT debit — it forwards. Internal errors (402 INSUFFICIENT_CREDITS, PROFILE_NOT_FOUND) are re-emitted verbatim. Ownership by the key. Scope: mcp | *.
