# UK volume by court and hierarchy tier

`GET /api/v1/jurimetria/gb/courts`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://legal.nexusquantum.legal`
- URL: `https://legal.nexusquantum.legal/api/v1/jurimetria/gb/courts`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Volume by court and by position in the hierarchy. In common law what a decision is worth is a function of which court gave it, so this is the primary axis and it has no counterpart in the Spanish panel. `tier` is distance to the top within its own `track` (courts / tribunals / coroners), not prestige. Each court carries a `confidence` field stating how firm its classification is. Decisions whose court could not be identified are absent from this breakdown — `/gb/corpus` reports how many. Thin loopback to `/api/jurimetria/gb/courts`. Scope `mcp`/`*`.

## Query parameters

- `jurisdiction` 'GB' | 'GB-EAW' | 'GB-WLS' | 'GB-SCT' | 'GB-NIR', required
- `limit` integer

## Response `200`

Result. May carry `note` instead of data when the projection has not been loaded — an empty result is never reported as a zero.

- `400`: MISSING_JURISDICTION or WRONG_JURISDICTION (non-UK code).
- `401`: Invalid API key.
- `403`: INSUFFICIENT_SCOPE.
