`POST /api/v1/gcal/disconnect`

## Request

Disconnects the key owner's GCal (`deleteConnection(userId)`). Returns `{ ok: true }` (no token). Thin loopback to `/api/gcal/disconnect` (adopted to `requireUser`, `checkSameOrigin` untouched). No charge. Scope: mcp | *. API-only (no MCP tool).
