`GET /api/v1/firm/billing/case/{caseId}`

## Request

Billing detail for a case. Firm-scoped ownership (key owner OR active member of the firm), preserved across the loopback. `format=csv` → CSV attachment (`Content-Disposition` is preserved). Thin loopback to `/api/firm/billing/case/{caseId}`. No charge. Scope: mcp | * (NOT cases: the internal path is not in the cases allowlist).

## Response `200`

Case billing (JSON or CSV).

## Other responses

- `401`: Invalid API key.
- `404`: Case not found or not yours.
