`POST /api/v1/dms/box/watch`

## Request

Creates a watch (Box `FILE.UPLOADED` webhook) on a folder. Pure loopback to `/api/dms/box/watch` (`checkSameOrigin` passes on loopback). Ownership by the key, no token in the response. No charge. Scope: mcp | *. API-only (automation with side effects, no MCP tool).
