`GET /api/v1/dms/box/watch`

## Request

Lists the key owner's folder watches on Box folders. Pure loopback to `/api/dms/box/watch` (it already uses `requireUser`+`getUserId`; zero internal change). Watch metadata only, no token. No charge. Scope: mcp | *. API-only (no MCP tool).
