For a judgment (UUID in jurisprudencia_docs), returns the articles it cites grouped by statute + article with a mention count. Cost: 0 LLM.

## Other responses

- `400`: INVALID_JURIS_ID
- `402`: INSUFFICIENT_CREDITS — paywall from minute one (balance > 0 required; the lookup does not deduct credits).
- `403`: CONTENT_NOT_ENTITLED — the account does not have the case-law add-on (Layer 3) active.
