`POST /api/v1/credits/estimate`

## Request

Estimates the credit cost of an operation BEFORE running it, resolving the tier multiplier and the case-law surcharge from the USER'S OWN profile + the USER'S OWN balance. Calculation only, does NOT debit. Thin loopback to `/api/credits/estimate`. Scope: mcp | *. MCP tool: `nexus_credits_estimate`.
