# Case closing report (E2)

`POST /api/v1/cases/{caseId}/report`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Consolidates documents, queries and analyses into a closing report. Jurisdiction is INHERITED from the case (NOT a parameter). Empty body `{}`. Loopback: the internal route is the only one that debits (3 cr). AAL2: the internal requireAAL2() is a no-op for API keys (no Supabase session → no step-up); interactive 2FA sessions are unaffected.

- `402`: INSUFFICIENT_CREDITS | SPEND_CAP_REACHED
- `403`: Case does not belong to the API key owner.
- `404`: CASE_NOT_FOUND — case not found.
- `422`: VALIDATION_ERROR — the case has no indexed documents.
- `429`: RATE_LIMITED
