# Get a party of a case file

`GET /api/v1/cases/{caseId}/parties/{partyId}`

## Request

Returns a specific party of the case file (filters the internal list by `partyId`). Wraps /api/cases/[caseId]/parties. Firm-scoped OWNERSHIP. Scope `cases`/`mcp`/`*`. 0 credits.
