`GET /api/v1/cases/{caseId}/documents/{docId}/file`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://legal.nexusquantum.legal`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns { download_url (signed, 15 min), expires_at } — nothing is streamed through the app server.

- `docId` string, uuid, required

## Response `200`

{ download_url, file_name, mime_type, expires_at }

## Other responses

- `404`: DOC_NOT_FOUND
- `410`: SOURCE_PURGED — the source was purged; the shell survives as a record (an honest Gone, not a 404)
