`POST /api/v1/account/mfa/reset-totp`

## Request

Deletes ONLY the `unverified` TOTP factors OF THE USER'S OWN account (`.eq(user_id, userId)`) — it never touches third parties nor requires admin. Re-exposed under account (the internal route lives at `/api/admin/reset-totp`, but it is self-service). No charge. Scope: mcp | *.

## Response `200`

Unverified TOTP factors deleted.
