`GET /api/v1/account/me`

## Request

Returns the key owner's profile: `user_id`, `email`, `profile` (full_name, entity_type, country_iso2, preferred_locale, default_jurisdiction, bar_*) and `is_admin`. Direct-implement against the KEY's `user_id` (no loopback, no tech-doc cookie). No charge. Scope: mcp | *.
