`POST /api/v1/account/complete-profile`

## Request

Completes the profile of a user mid-onboarding (`insert user_id = userId`, never override). For users already provisioned upstream by a distributor it responds idempotently with `{ ok:true, already:true }`. Thin loopback to `/api/auth/complete-profile` (requireUser adoption; email_confirmed_at via admin.getUserById). No charge. Scope: mcp | *.
